ENGINEERED TO REQUIREMENTOVERVIEW
RCV press-in filters use a flexible PCB populated with surface-mount chip capacitors. Gold-plated contacts at each pin opening interface with the connector pins, while perimeter contact tabs connect to the inside of the connector shell to create a compact, integrated filtering solution.
INTEGRATED CONNECTOR FILTER INSERTS
A press-in EMI filter insert adds connector-level filtering inside a compatible connector shell. The flexible polyimide circuit carries surface-mount chip capacitors, while gold-plated contacts around each pin opening create the electrical interface to the contacts and perimeter tabs connect the filter ground to the shell.
This construction is useful when space is limited, when an existing connector platform needs a filtering option, or when individual capacitance values must be arranged around a specific contact pattern. RCV develops the circuit geometry, pin-hole layout, component population, and shell-contact features around the actual connector and electrical requirement.
It is a compact flexible-circuit assembly that installs within a connector to add capacitive EMI filtering at the connector interface.

Yes. RCV can tailor component values, population, pin-hole geometry, and the overall flexible-circuit profile to the application.
