When you contact RCV by email, phone, or through the Request a Quote page, you may provide contact details, company information, project requirements, and documents. The website’s quote form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not upload your files to or store your form entries on the website. Any files must be attached by you before sending. Information sent by email is then handled as business correspondence.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Accept analytics,” RCV uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics may collect pages viewed, interactions, referring pages, approximate location, and browser or device information. RCV does not intentionally send the personal details entered in the quote form to Google Analytics. Analytics does not load unless you accept it.
